Welcome to AuctionBall
AuctionBall lets you run a real player auction for your cricket or football tournament β like the BPL or IPL, but for any tournament, big or small. The auctioneer drives the bidding from a laptop, team owners place bids from their phones, and everyone watches the live action on a TV or projector.
What you can do with AuctionBall

How long does it take to set up?
About 30 minutes from sign-up to your first practice auction:
- 5 min β create your account and tournament
- 10 min β add 4-8 teams with budgets
- 10 min β add 20-50 players (or share a sign-up link and let them register themselves)
- 5 min β practice run with the live auction page

A quick mental model
Three people use AuctionBall during a live auction:
- The auctioneer sits at a laptop with the Live auction page open. They pick the next player, start the timer, watch bids come in, and click "Sold" or "Unsold" when it's done.
- The team owners each watch a phone with the bidding page open. They tap a big button to bid for the player on the block.
- The audience watches a TV or projector showing the Big screen β same data as the auctioneer, but huge fonts and dramatic animations.
All three stay in sync automatically. The auctioneer doesn't need to refresh anything; the phones don't need to refresh; the TV doesn't need to refresh. Whatever happens on one screen shows up on the others within a second.
